Built on the location of the former Campbells Soup plant in Etobicoke, this one-of-a-kind, last-mile, distribution campus will utilize the latest in design & technology. Three (3) new buildings at two elevations will total nearly 400,000 sf of leasable space. Special care is being given to the heritage element at 60 Birmingham which will be incorporated into the new industrial facade. Scheduled completion: Spring 2023. Construction: Cavalieri is involved with tendering, construction and close-out.
