Tender & Contract Award
We manage the entire tendering process. We will prepare project specifications, assemble the tender documents, invite the appropriate competitive contractors, provide a detailed tender analysis, interview the contractors and assist with the implementation of the construction contract.
Our Services
Monitoring Construction
As your representative, we attend the construction site meetings. Our roles during this phase are; to ensure the contractor is fulfilling their contractual obligations, monitor the schedule, confirm the inspection and testing reports and the consultants & municipal sign-offs are issued. We will also review the contractor's progress billings and assist with any site issues or changes that arise.
